It is a known fact that both families of the bridal couple are busy during the wedding ceremonies. At such times, they are not able to answer any queries of the guests or give any help to the guest if they have any issues or problems. We as wedding planners for our clients have instituted the help desk for such times. The main function of the help desk is to resolve the issues of the clients, guests or provide information about the event which is being happening.  We specially set up the help desk directly at the venue where our clients and guests are staying during the wedding occasion. The guests who are staying or attending the wedding can make any query regarding the event which is happening at the moment. Our help desk members are attired in professional manner so that the guests can identify them easily and effortlessly.

The help desk members work as the liaison between the hotel staff and the employees. The members of the help desk are experienced and expert team which helps to resolve the problems of the guests such as quick check-ins for the tired incoming guests and quicker check outs. The members of the help desk also manage other responsibilities such as co-ordination with the organizers for the successful event, acting as the orator or announcer for the event etc. The help desk members mingle in the crowd of the guests such as manager, caterers and the artists who entertain the guests during the wedding. They make sure that the event is on track as per scheduled and there are no issues during the event which can upset the course.

We as the wedding planner ensure that the wedding event is a success and the hosts do not get any stress over the proceedings.
